Koji Horiguchi
Koji Horiguchi joined Integral Corporation in January 2023.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he engaged in financial advisory business at Mizuho Securities from 2012 where he specialized in arranging structured finance and M&A advisory services in the TMT sector.
He holds an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo, an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar.
