INTEGRAL

Mr. Nishioka joined Integral in September 2014. He was in charge of investment at Skymark Airlines Inc. (“Skymark”), where he was stationed to provide the support for the management of Skymark. He left Integral in October 2019 to assume the position of Representative Director, Senior Managing Director and Executive Officer at Skymark. Then, he resigned the position at Skymark’s general meeting of shareholders held in June 2024. He starts to work at Integral again in September 2024 and was appointed as a Partner at the same time.

Prior to joining Integral Corporation, he engaged in investment banking at Morgan Stanley from 2005, where he provided M&A advisory to clients mainly in consumer goods, financial services, technology, and telecom/media industries. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was an investment analyst covering food/beverage and non-bank financial services sectors at Tokio Marine Asset Management.
