Shotaro Ishikawa joined Integral Corporation in July 2020.
Prior to joining Integral Corporation, Mr. Ishikawa was engaged in management at venture company where he managed administrative division, implemented operational improvement plans and established M&A advisory business. The M&A advisory business was spin-out later and Mr. Ishikawa was contributed business expansion as a board member.
Before joining the venture company, Mr. Ishikawa was engaged in a financial advisory business at GCA Corporation where he advised number of cross-border transactions mainly in the US and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining GCA, Mr. Ishikawa was engaged mainly in statutory auditing at Ernst & Young LLP in San Francisco where he provided audit and assurance service for US public companies and Japanese subsidiaries.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Indiana University Bloomington, and Certified Public Accountant in the US.
